उत्तुङ्गाङ्गसृतिः स्वकीयरभसा गङ्गा ललाटे स्थिता
भङ्गाडम्बरसिन्धुसङ्गमहितः श्रृङ्गारवीरुद्ध्रदः ।
लावण्याब्धिरभङ्गकीर्तिकविभूरुत्तुङ्गशृङ्गिस्फुटो
वेदाङ्गागमगम्यलब्धविभवो देशो निजो दीप्यताम् ।।1।।
Let Our divine country shine, where the holy Ganga is flowing with full force from the towering peaks of Himalaya. A land which is made serene by the dancing waves of the holy river Sindhu, ever enchanting with lush green forests and creeks. an ocean of enchantment, draped by the serene seas on its three sides, decked by the sky-scraping Mountains. A tranquil home of poets and thinkers, let our beloved country shine gloriously, by the grace of Lord Sri Hari, sung by the Vedic lore.
भारतं भारतं भातात् भूतले भूतलासि तत् ।
भारताभयशो भातु भारकादिसुभारतम् ।।2।।
Let the land of Bharat shine with beautiful landscapes and ancient wisdom re-discovering its rich past glories of the Mahabharata times.
स्वीयारातीशमुक्तासुगणहरणरुण्डार्तिखण्डीभुशुण्डी-
मुक्तैः शस्त्रैर्विभिन्नप्रपदनिजकरोऽप्याजिरङ्गे स योत्स्यन् ।
अन्याञ्छस्त्रैः स्वकीयैर्विरहितहृदयान् निर्गतासांश्चकार
वीरो जीयात्स्वदेशार्पितसकलनिजः पारतन्त्र्यान्तकोऽद्य ।।3।।
Let there be victory to our valiant warriors protecting its borders risking their lives, braving the enemy guns and delivering lightning surgical strikes to destroy the enemies.
